Unlike the Court of Appeals in San Diego, which issued this opinion (thanks to How Appealing for the link), I have serious doubts that banning pornographic pictures has any rational relation to reduction of sexual harassment of female correction officers. In fact, it will probably achieve the opposite effect. I think the prison is struck by the same flash of "brilliance" that caused some governments in the past to try to "cure" homosexuality by imposing prison sentences on gay men.
