Well, the Fourth of July celebration is just about over. Hopefully, everyone had a chance to step away from the law for a day or two, read a book, spend time with family and friends, and see the comet blast.
Speaking of space, here is a weblog for those of you who are positioning themselves for a new and developing area of practice - space law. It is called Space and Politics. Yes, the space is no longer lawyer-free. To be frank, I have always been fascinated by the possibility of interplanetary practice - appearing before the International Solar System Court, resolving boundary disputes on Europa, defending personal injury disputes arising out of space vehicle collisions on the way to the Moon - the list of exciting possibilities is endless...
